About iAspire
Turn your knowledge into income.
iAspire helps creators, coaches, tutors and teachers — from Python developers to yoga instructors — turn what they know into paid classes. Create a course page in about 3 minutes, share one link in your Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube bio, and collect registrations from people who want to learn from you.
What we believe
- Free to start. No fees, no commission and no credit card to create and share courses.
- Simple by design. No website, plugins or technical skills needed.
- Your audience, your students. You see every registration and contact students directly.
- Privacy first. Your private details, like your mobile number, are never shown publicly unless you choose to.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information iAspire collects, why, and the choices you have.
By signing up for, or using, iAspire you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
- Creators: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optional profile details you add — photo, bio, social links and a mobile number, which stays private unless you choose to show it on your course pages as a WhatsApp contact.
- Course content: the course details, photos and pricing you publish.
- Students: when you register interest in a course, the name, email, phone number and message you submit are shared with that course's creator.
- Contact messages: when you use the Contact us form, your name, email, mobile number and message, so we can reply to you.
- Usage: course page view counts and anonymous website visit counts by day and approximate country. The country is estimated from your browser's time zone or language, or from our hosting provider. We do not store IP addresses, and we use no tracking or advertising cookies.
Ownership of Platform Data
As set out in section 3 of our Terms of Service, course data, instructor profiles, listings and other content created on iAspire ("Platform Data") are the property of iAspire to the fullest extent permitted by law. iAspire may use Platform Data for any lawful purpose, including operating, improving, promoting and marketing the Platform, analytics and research. Personal data within Platform Data is always handled in line with this policy and applicable data protection law.
How we use it
To run your account, publish your course pages, deliver registrations to the right creator, keep the service secure, understand how the Platform is used, and improve and promote iAspire. We do not sell personal data.
Who can see it
Published course pages and public profiles (name, photo, bio, social links and courses) are visible to anyone with the link. Your email and password are never shown publicly. Your mobile number is not shown publicly unless you turn on "Show this number as WhatsApp on my course pages" in your profile, in which case it is visible to anyone who opens your course pages; you can turn this off at any time. Authorised iAspire administrators can see account details, including your email, mobile number and social links, to operate and support the Platform.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies are used.
Your rights and choices
You can edit or remove your profile details and courses at any time from your account. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its use. To use these rights, contact us. Removing content does not end the rights in Platform Data granted to iAspire under the Terms of Service, except where the law requires us to delete personal data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one. Continued use of iAspire after changes means you accept the updated policy.
Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected with secure cookies, and access to private data is limited to the account owner.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and iAspire ("iAspire", "we", "us") and govern your use of the iAspire website, applications and services (the "Platform").
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account (signing up), signing in, publishing a course or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not sign up for or use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Ownership of the Platform and Platform Data
The Platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, page layouts and the iAspire name, is owned by iAspire. All rights are reserved by iAspire.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all data, content and materials created, uploaded, submitted or generated by instructors and users on or through the Platform — including course details, course descriptions, listings, pricing, photos, instructor profiles, bios, social links, registrations, statistics and the databases and compilations made from them (together, "Platform Data") — are the property of iAspire. You hereby assign to iAspire all rights, title and interest you may have in Platform Data, and agree to sign any document reasonably required to confirm this.
Where any right cannot be assigned under applicable law (for example, moral rights or rights in personal data), you grant iAspire a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, copy, store, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, display, distribute and create derivative works from that content, in any media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose. This includes operating, improving, promoting and marketing the Platform, analytics, research and other legitimate business purposes of iAspire. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights you may have in that content.
This section does not take away any rights you have over your personal data under data protection law. These rights are described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting a course or your account does not end the rights granted to iAspire in this section, except for personal data that the law requires us to delete.
4. Your responsibilities for content
You confirm that you created, or have all necessary rights to, everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of your courses and profile. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.
5. iAspire only connects instructors and students
iAspire is only a medium that helps instructors and students find and contact each other. iAspire is not a party to any agreement between them, and does not organise, deliver, supervise or guarantee any course, class or session listed on the Platform.
No payments through iAspire. iAspire does not process, collect, hold or handle payments in any form. Any fee, payment, refund or other financial transaction between instructors and students is made directly between them, at their own risk. iAspire is not responsible or liable for any such transaction, whether it arises directly or indirectly from a connection made through the Platform. This includes non-payment, fraud, refunds, chargebacks and disputes.
Offline classes and meetings. Instructors are solely responsible for their courses, pricing, venues and delivery. Students choose to attend at their own discretion and risk. iAspire is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, harm, misconduct, cancellation or other adverse or unforeseen event before, during or after any online or offline class, meeting or activity arranged between people who connected through the Platform.
By signing up as an instructor, or by registering interest in a course as a student, you agree to this section and release iAspire from claims arising from your dealings with other users, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Acceptable use
- No misleading, illegal, harmful or infringing content.
- No spam, scraping, copying of the Platform or attempts to access other people's data.
- Use student contact details only to respond about the course they registered for.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page is the current one. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Sections 3, 5, 8 and 9 continue to apply after your account ends.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, iAspire is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any dispute, payment or incident between instructors and students (see section 5), arising from use of the Platform.
9. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and iAspire about the Platform.
